“… Yearning for things that have been somewhat forgotten: simplicity, naturalness and openness to change” - Yves Saint Laurent, 1959

Musée Yves Saint Laurent de Marrakech

Musée Yves Saint Laurent Paris (16e)

Visiting the Musée Yves Saint Laurent de Marrakech this past week reminded me that their Paris edition contains one of my favourite ignition zones: the studio where Yves Saint Laurent worked from 1974 onwards.

I adore diving into the creative processes of those I admire, and the chance to experience the space where it all happened adds yet another layer of creative inspiration and delight; I always leave buzzing with ideas and fresh insights.

Where are your go-to spots for reigniting the creative spark?

Applications for Paris’s cheapest French classes by far (just 2,50€ / hour) are open again, for 2024’s first semester. They offer general courses, along with written or oral expression, phonetics, theatre-based learning and university preparation.

Submissions are due by Nov 30. Find your course
